Return & Exchange Policy

  Because we are confident that you will enjoy our products, we provide a 1 year warranty where you can purchase an item at no risk. If our product breaks down due to hardware defects within a year of your delivery date, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

We also guarantee a full refund on all defective products within 7 days of your delivery date. Just pay the return shipping for the item, and once we receive the product in the original packaging, we will issue a refund. Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 3-5 business days to show up.
